AdCore Week

Project Head (January - June 2018)

AdCore Week is a week-long celebration of the organization, UP Advertising Core, to showcase and share its humble growth as a student-run advertising agency and organization to the whole UP Diliman community, as well as its various stakeholders.

 

As Project Head, I managed a team of 30 people, where we planned and executed five events for AdCore Week,  namely AdCore Gives Back, Orange Cup, Grand Pakain, PR Event and Culminight.

The details of each event are:

​

PENDULUM: AdCore Gives Back (April 16)

Volunteers go to Gawad Kalinga and help paint houses for impoverished families.

​

WIND UP: Gallery Launch (April 17)

An event which opens a week-long gallery exhibit to the public. The gallery shows the history, values and unique character of the organization. A Grand Pakain was also held during the launch to celebrate its opening. 

​

ORANGE CUP: Internal Event (April 17-20)

A week-long competition among members, where members must attend daily events and accomplish daily tasks in order to earn points. The team with the most points will win the Orange Cup.

​

HOURGLASS: PR Event (April 18-20)

An augmented reality exhibit which encourages passersby to interact with it, in order to help celebrate the organization's birthday and to win exciting freebies. 

​

QUARTZ: Culminating Night (April 21)
A formal event which culminates the entire week through having a dinner program with the members to celebrate the organization's achievements throughout the years.
